Colorado UNCITRAL Model Law Project |
| |
The Colorado UNCITRAL Model Law Project is an endeavour by a group of attorneys and law students in Colorado to adopt the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration in Colorado. The project serves a two-fold purpose: 1) to improve international exports from Colorado, and 2) to encourage the selection of Colorado as a seat for the resolution of international commercial disputes in the Rocky Mountain region. Much of the research and analysis has been performed by Gleason Wells attorneys. A draft text of the Colorado International Commercial Arbitration Act (CICAA) is provided below, as well as a shockwave Mindjet presentation on the nuts and bolts of adopting CICAA, and other relevant links. We welcome questions and assistance. Please contact Todd Wells for more information: todd.wells@gleasonwells.com
